RefectoCil Intensifying Primer - Medium Effect, 0.5oz

Achieve a more dramatic makeup look with extended wear by using The Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer. This primer preps the skin for a more even tint application. Opt for the Medium Intensifying Primer for a subtle skin staining effect. Choose between medium or strong intensity options.

Application:

• Attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or RefectoCil Eye protection papers with RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask
• Optionally apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer in Strong or Medium only to the eyebrows–leave on for 4 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip
• Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Base Gel–leave on for 2 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip
• Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Activator Gel–leave on for 1 minute and remove with moist cotton ball-done

Tips:

• Please only use as an optional step for eyebrow tinting!
• Please don’t mix Intensifying Primer and Base Gel

This product is intended for professional use only. It is important to avoid mixing the intensifying primer, base gel, and activator gel. These gels should be applied separately and in a specific sequence. We strongly advise reading the full instructions before using the product.

How To Use:

1. Clean the eyebrows using the RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
2. Measure the perfect brow shape with the RefectoCil Brow Mapper. Draw a frame in the desired brow shape.
3. For brows only! Optional step for more intense results: The Intensifying Primer prepares the skin for even tinting. Choose the primer according to skin type: "Medium” for a softer effect or "Strong” for an intense result. Open Intensifying Primer, put a pea-sized amount into a cosmetic dish.  Apply to brows and skin with the RefectoCil cosmetic brush.  Application time: 4 minutes.
4. Remove the Intensifying Primer using a dry cotton swab.
5. Important: Let the brows dry for 4 minutes before the next step!
6. Select the desired colour. Open the Base Gel (Step 1) and squeeze a pea-sized amount into a clean cosmetic dish. Use a clean brush to apply the Base Gel to brows & skin evenly in the direction of hair growth.  Application time: 2 minutes!
7. Remove Base Gel using a dry cotton swab.
8. Important: Let the brows dry for 4 minutes before the next step.
9. Open the Activator Gel (Step 2). Squeeze a pea-sized amount into a clean cosmetic dish and apply the Activator Gel to brows & skin using a clean brush. Start brushing at the end of the brow and continue to the middle and front part. Work very precisely.Application time: 1 minute
10. Remove Activator Gel with a wet cotton pad. Remove unwanted stains or correct brow shape if needed with Intense Brow[n]s Tint Remover using a dry cotton swab.
